Due to consumer demand for local produce, we are the forefront of this demand working in partnership with Glendale Livestock, who use FABBL approved local farms.  With this exciting and original idea with the partnership we are able to offer the consumer absolute quality guaranteed locally sourced Beef and Lamb, with documentation and history of every animal if required.

We supply all our meat, portion controlled, in a wide range of prime cuts, to hotels restaurants and pubs across Northumberland and into the Borders.  All our meat is hung for at least fourteen days before delivery, all our beef is under 30 months old and none of the animals have been fed using artificial additives or hormones.

As well as our fresh meat, we also sell home-cooked meat, which is cooked on site at our South Road premises and kept entirely seperate from fresh meat and game at all times in-keeping with our HACCP system that guarantees health and safety.

We also cook "Cuddy's Quiche" on site using local Doddington Cheese; Sausage Rolls, Scotch Pies and Large Steak Pies.

We have a blast-freezing service if required, and we also have a free delivery service (subject to a minimum order) between the Tyne and the Tweed.

GAME -  at Farm To Freeze we also prepare and supply excellent Game.

All of our pheasants, rabbits and deer are especially selected fresh from the renowned local Lilburn Estates (pictured right and below) in Northumberland.
